Habitat for Humanity is excited to partner with Juneteenth GVL to announce our inaugural Juneteenth Community Build, a groundbreaking initiative that celebrates unity, resilience, and progress in honor of Juneteenth, the historic commemoration of emancipation in the United States. This event will bring together diverse community members, volunteers, and partners to build not only homes but bridges of understanding and solidarity. This event is part of our ongoing bridgebuilding series.
We are seeking sponsors to join us in this transformative project, which will take place starting May 2025. As a sponsor, your organization will play a vital role in addressing systemic barriers to affordable housing, fostering equity, and celebrating the rich cultural heritage that Juneteenth represents.
