Baxter-Norris Groundbreaking Ceremony

Join Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County as we break ground for the Baxter-Norris Villas to bring homeownership within reach for seven local families. Named for Peggy Baxter and Xanthene Norris, two of Greenville's iconic leaders who have dedicated their lives to serving the Sterling community and beyond, the Baxter-Norris Villas will be a signature project and our first multi-family townhome development.

Your participation transforms lives, builds sustainable communities, and provides a solution to the affordable housing crisis in Greenville County.

Women Build empowers women to learn construction skills, serve their community, and help families achieve safe, affordable housing. Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County has begun construction on a new affordable home through the 2026 Credit Union Build, a partnership with 11 local credit unions working together to expand access to homeownership. This collaborative effort reflects Habitat Greenville’s commitment to creating more opportunities for families through innovative housing solutions and strong community partnerships.

Habitat for Humanity of Greenville County’s CEO Build is an annual event where local business leaders step out of the boardroom and onto the construction site to help build affordable homes for families in our community. Participating CEOs pledge company funding and volunteer hours while also working alongside their teams, community volunteers, and future Habitat homeowners to support affordable housing and strengthen Greenville County.
